What sizes do you offer, and how do I choose the right size?
We offer multiple sizes, from small “gift” sizes to large statement pieces. If you’re unsure, go A4/A3 for gallery walls, and A2/30×40" for a main focal point. Each product page lists the available sizes so you can match your frame and wall space.
Are frames included, or is this print-only?
Print only. Frames aren’t included, so you can choose a frame that fully matches your vibe.
What paper/material are your prints made on?
All prints are made to order and printed on high-quality 200gsm / 80lb semi-gloss paper, for crisp detail and vibrant colour.
How long does printing + shipping take, and will I get tracking?
Because prints are made to order, there’s a short processing time before shipping. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking (where available) so you can follow your delivery.
What’s your return/exchange policy?
If something isn’t right, reach out and we’ll help. Returns/exchanges follow our Returns Policy (timeframes and conditions can vary), and return shipping details are outlined there as well.
How are prints packaged to prevent damage in transit?
We package prints in protective, shipping-safe packaging designed to keep them secure during transit. If anything arrives damaged, contact us and we’ll make it right.
Will the colours look exactly like they do on my screen?
Screens can show colour a little differently, so slight variations may occur depending on your device and settings. We do our best to keep colours true to the artwork.
